Beware: Missed Call on Your Cell Phone Could Cost You

We’ve all seen it…you look at your cell phone and see you have a missed call.  No big deal, you can just call them back right. If it’s a number you don’t recognize be careful.  Here’s why.  The Better Business Bureau is warning of a “one ring phone scam”.   According to Scott Baxter with the Dubuque Police Department, this has already happened in Dubuque!   Help us spread the word.  See the entire story
